Because each piece is personalised, we can't take back a change of mind - but if the engraving doesn't look like your pet, or anything arrives damaged, we'll remake it free.

Questions we get a lot
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo of your pet facing the camera, with both eyes and ears visible. One pet per photo. The background doesn't matter - our artist removes it.
Will it really look like my pet?
Yes. A real artist draws every portrait from your photo - it isn't an automatic filter. If your photo won't give a good result, we email you and ask for another before anything is engraved.
Is the live preview what I'll receive?
The preview shows the style and layout so you can see how it will look. Your final portrait is hand-drawn from your photo, so it's cleaner and more detailed, with the background removed.
Can I add more than one pet?
Yes - choose more pendants and upload a photo for each one. Each pet gets its own pendant with its own name.
Can I engrave a pet that has passed away?
Of course. Many of our customers make these as a memorial. Any photo you have will work - even an older one, as long as their face is clear.
Will it tarnish or fade?
The portrait is engraved into the metal rather than printed on top, so it won't rub off. The finish is made to be worn every day.
How long does delivery take?
Every pendant is made to order. Most arrive within 7–12 days, and you'll get tracking as soon as yours is posted.
What if I'm not happy with it?
If the engraving doesn't look like your pet, or anything arrives damaged, email us and we'll remake it free. Because each piece is personalised, we can't accept returns for a change of mind.
